By using The IQ Gym you agree to these terms.

The service

The IQ Gym provides cognitive training content and IQ-style practice assessments for educational purposes. Scores are estimates (see the Disclaimer). We may update content, features, and these terms; material changes will be announced on the site.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of information you provide. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to extract the item bank, or automate test-taking.

Fair use of content

Questions, explanations, and lessons are our copyrighted content. You may use them for personal study only — not to republish, resell, or build derivative question banks.

Billing

The free tier is free forever and always shows your score. Premium, when available, will be a clearly-priced subscription with no hidden trials: the renewal price is the advertised price, and cancellation takes two clicks in settings and works immediately.

Liability

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
